Newberry homeowners and their families and tenants are welcome to use the pool during the summer season.  We have both a regular pool and a baby pool.  The pool opens Memorial Day Weekend and closes after the Labor Day Weekend.  Members are required to provide identification and proof of residence to apply for a pool pass and to renew each year.  When requesting a new pool pass, you will need to provide a small photo for each family member for his/her pool pass.  You will also be required to fill out either the Application for Swimming Pool Passes – Unit Owners or Application for Swimming Pool Passes – Tenants to bring with you each year to renew your pool passes.

Safety is of primary concern and the lifeguard staff is responsible to enforce all rules. Please see the Pool Rules (English) or Pool Rules (Spanish) to answer any questions you may have.

Pool Guest Passes:

Pool guest passes may be obtained at the office during normal business hours.  The cost of the guest passes are $30 for ten (10) passes payable by check or credit card (+3% transaction fee).

Single Day Pool Guest Passes:

Single day pool guest passes may be obtained at the pool guard shack by unit owners at a cost of $4 per person per day.  Refer to the Single Day Guest Pool Pass Policy for more details.

Monday - Friday (while school is in session):  4PM to 8PM

Monday - Friday (summer hours): 2PM to 8PM

Saturday, Sunday, Holidays: 12PM to 8PM
