ASSESSMENTS

Assessments are paid by every homeowner in the Association. These assessments cover:

​

  • Capital reserves and improvements

  • Employee salaries and benefits

  • Master insurance policy

  • Maintenance and upkeep of the common grounds and tot lots

  • Condominium exteriors (with the exception of windows, doors, and exterior lights)

  • Water

  • Pool management and maintenance

  • Trash and recycling

  • Snow removal

  • Repair and maintenance of parking areas and sidewalks

  • Electricity for street lights and clubhouse

Assessments are due on the first of the month and are currently $390 per month. Assessments received in the office up until 4:30 pm on the 14th or checks left in the drop box prior to 7:00 am on the 15th of the month enjoy a credit of $40 bringing the fee to $350.   NO CASH will be accepted at the Newberry Office.  Credit card payments are now being accepted (+3% transaction fee).
