ASSESSMENTS

Assessments are paid by every homeowner in the Association. These assessments cover:

​

  • Capital reserves and improvements

  • Employee salaries and benefits

  • Master insurance policy

  • Maintenance and upkeep of the common grounds and tot lots

  • Condominium exteriors (with the exception of windows, doors, and exterior lights)

  • Water

  • Pool management and maintenance

  • Trash and recycling

  • Snow removal

  • Repair and maintenance of parking areas and sidewalks

  • Electricity for street lights and clubhouse

Assessments are due on the first of the month and are currently $410 per month. Assessments received in the office up until 4:30pm on the 14th or checks left in the drop box prior to 7:00am on the 15th of the month enjoy a credit of $40 bringing the fee to $370. Alternatively, you may set up automatic bill pay with your banking institution and they can send a monthly check. For more information, please call or stop by the office.

 

NO CASH will be accepted at the Newberry Office.  Credit card payments are accepted (+3% transaction fee) for single item transactions (ex/ single day pool passes, trash cans etc.)
