INSURANCE

Starting November 1st 2023, the insurance master policy deductible owners are required to pay in the event of a loss increased to $25,000 dollars. This means you should have a minimum of $25,000 building coverage, and possibly more if you have personal property or improvements in your unit. Every owner is encouraged to obtain an individual (H06) insurance policy.  Insurance rules require that the homeowner(s) pays the $25,000 deductible when a claim results from a problem that originated in their unit.
