Newberry Condominium Association is located in Sterling Virginia in Eastern Loudoun County. It is comprised of a total of 595 homes, clubhouse, pool, and tot lots on 55 acres within walking distance of the WO&D Trail, approximately 5 miles northeast of Dulles International Airport, and close to Sterling’s suburban office district, commuters and working professionals find easy access to major job centers.

The Newberry Condominium Association is a separate, private, not for profit and non-stock Virginia Corporation. As a homeowner, you are a member. The Association owns, maintains, and administers the common areas; administers and enforces the governing documents; and collects and disburses the assessments. The daily administration work is carried out by a paid staff consisting of a Property Manager, Office Manager and Maintenance Staff. The staff take their direction from the five member Board of Directors whose authority is granted in the Association’s governing documents. You, as a homeowner, are responsible for:

• Payment of monthly assessments when due

• Providing the Association Office with name and address changes and rental information

• Purchasing a Disclosure Package when selling your home

• Abiding by the governing documents and the Architectural Guidelines

• To become an informed and involved member of the community
